Every Step Forward is Still a Step Forward

Change is hard. Working out is hard. Eating the right foods all the time is hard. Going through life feeling low and unhealthy is hard. We get to chose our hard.

How many times have you read or heard that saying, chose your hard? It’s true though. We get to make the choice to live a better life or stay stuck where we are. Where are you? Do you like the way you feel about yourself every morning when you wake up? Are you giving all you can to the things that you do? Are you adhering to goals that you have set for yourself? What is standing in your way?

All of this resonates with me personally. There are so many things I want to do pertaining to my physical health and with my business, and I don’t feel that I am giving my all to everything that I can. I do want to make the changes I need to make to live a healthier life and grow my business. I want to help others have the hard conversations with themselves and make changes to their health for the better. We are all in this life choosing our own hard. The good news is, it’s never too late to change and make things better. Do it now. Take one step forward. Eat a vegetable, drink an extra glass of water, walk the long way into the building. If we chose our hard right now, we get to have things much easier later on.

I needed to hear this myself. Let’s take that step, as hard as it may be.
